Account Executive (Chinese Speaking)

We’re working with a Series B DeFi security SaaS firm scaling quickly across APAC.
They’re hiring a Chinese-speaking AE to own revenue across key crypto-native accounts.
The role:
- Own the full sales cycle (pipeline → close)
- Sell into protocols, exchanges, and infra teams
- Focus on Chinese-speaking markets / clients
- Work closely with founders and GTM team on strategy
- Close high-value, multi-stakeholder deals
What they’re looking for:
- Experience as an AE in web3 SaaS / infra / security
- Fluent in Mandarin + English
- Strong track record closing deals
- Comfortable selling into technical buyers
- Deep understanding of the crypto / DeFi ecosystem
Comp:
- Up to $150k base
- $300k OTE
- Equity included
