Business Development Representative (BDR) – DeFi Security SaaS (Series B)
Remote (US / Canada / APAC only)
We’re working with a Series B DeFi security SaaS firm scaling quickly off the back of strong product-market fit and growing demand from top protocols
They’re hiring a BDR to own top-of-funnel pipeline generation across web3 and crypto-native clients
The role:
- Outbound-first BD (founders, protocols, infra teams, funds)
- Build and manage pipeline from scratch → qualified meetings
- Work closely with AEs and founders on GTM strategy
- Target high-value accounts across DeFi, infra, and exchanges
What they’re looking for:
- 1–2 years in BD / SDR / BDR
- Background in cybersecurity or web3 (both = ideal)
- Comfortable selling into technical buyers
- Strong understanding of the crypto / DeFi ecosystem
- High output, low ego, doesn’t need hand-holding
Comp:
- Up to $85k base
- ~$15k bonus (OTE ~$100k)
