We’re hiring for a remote Staff Backend at an absolute rocketship
They are a DEX mobile app on Solana that allows you to trade crypto on-chain with an interface anyone could use and understand
They launched in July 2024 and are already revenue positive with over 1.9m sign-ups to date
Package:
- Up to $300k base salary

Essential experience for this role:
- Experience leading backend dev for an extremely high volume application (users, transactions)
- Extreme self starter
- Based in the US
General responsibilities:
Improving API’s, optimizing blockchain indexing and transaction execution, infra monitoring & downtime prevention, new blockchain support, bug fixing, CI/CD & monitoring process setups…
Bonus points if you:
- Have xp in the crypto space
- Have a history of excellence in some capacity (ex track star, founding eng xp, ex founder…)
- Experience in Golang
